Bodegas Roda

About Bodegas Roda

Bodegas Roda was founded in 1987 in Haro, in the Barrio de la Estación. The program centers on Tempranillo, Garnacha, and white varieties including Viura, Malvasía de Rioja, and Garnacha Blanca. The house produces six wines. CIRSION 2022 took Best Wine of Spain at the XVII Blind Tasting of the Best Wines of Spain organized by restaurant Escánez, and scored 99 points from Guía Gourmets, 98 from James Suckling, and 95 from Guía Peñín. RODA I Blanco draws on white grapes planted traditionally in Rioja, primarily Viura with some Malvasía de Rioja and Garnacha Blanca. A wine bar and shop in the Barrio de la Estación opens without requiring bodega access. The work carries Sustainable Wineries for Climate Protection certification and membership in Wine in Moderation.
