Bodega Zárate is a family estate in Meaño, Valle de Salnes, within the DO Rías Baixas in Galicia. The Zárate family has been tending their vineyards for over 7 generations and more than 400 years, with many vines being centuries old. They are pioneers in Albariño production and have recently recovered native red varieties including Caiño Tinto, Loureiro Tinto, and Espadeiro.
