Dom Bardo is a pioneering Albariño producer in the Valle del Salnés region of Rías Baixas, founded in 1975 by thirty viticultural families. Since 1985, they have employed unique techniques including cryo-maceration and double fermentation, studied with three Spanish and Portuguese universities, creating wines of exceptional longevity and complexity.
