About Bluford Wines
Jeff Parady founded Bluford Wines in Pope Valley in 2008. He has owned and operated Pope Valley Repair & Towing Inc. since age 25. The program centers on Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. The Bluford Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% Cabernet aged for 33 months in 100% French Oak with 67% new French oak. The Charlotte Katherine Chardonnay, a dry white in the Chablis style, spends 12 months in stainless steel. The Ore Cart Cabernet draws from 50-year-old hillside old vines, aged 26 months in French oak with 55% new wood. The tasting room welcomes visitors and serves food.
