Three childhood friends — Adriel Lares, Hayes Drumwright, and Adam Craun — founded Memento Mori in 2010, taking their name from the Latin reminder they choose to read as 'remember to live.' Winemaker Sam Kaplan crafts their limited-production Cabernet Sauvignon from acclaimed sites like Beckstoffer Dr. Crane, Beckstoffer Las Piedras, and Vine Hill Ranch.
