Three childhood friends, Adriel Lares, Hayes Drumwright, and Adam Craun, founded Memento Mori in 2010, taking their name from the Latin reminder they choose to read as 'remember to live.' Winemaker Sam Kaplan crafts their limited-production Cabernet Sauvignon from acclaimed sites like Beckstoffer Dr. Crane, Beckstoffer Las Piedras, and Vine Hill Ranch.
