About Birsak
Birsak operates across five hectares in Röschitz, in the Weinviertel. The family business is in its fourth generation, drawing from vineyards planted on primordial rock and loess soils. The cellar room accommodates groups up to fifty. The house delivers personally to Tyrol, Upper Austria, Salzburg, and Vienna every two months. Custom wine labels mark birthdays and weddings. The portfolio includes Grüner Veltliner and white cuvée, farmed to organic standards.
