Bindi Wines

About

Bindi is a family-owned 170-hectare property in the Macedon Ranges, 50 kilometres north-west of Melbourne, with 7 hectares planted to Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The winery focuses on balance and purity in expression of individual vineyard sites through minimal intervention winemaking, including natural fermentations without added yeast and long lees ageing in French barrels. Established by Bill and Michael Dhillon in 1988, the vineyard operates at 500 meters elevation with organic practices implemented since 2005.
