Ten hectares in Epfig, where four generations of independent vignerons have cultivated the seven traditional Alsace varietals. Riesling, Sylvaner, Muscat, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and Gewurztraminer anchor the program. The cellar produces Crémant d'Alsace, Vendanges Tardives, and Sylvaner Douceur d'Automne alongside Sambucus, a sparkling cocktail infused with elderflower, mint, and lime. The vineyard practices reasoned agriculture. A 70-square-meter gîte apartment with two bedrooms and a 60-square-meter terrace accommodates five guests, rated 2 épis.
