Elan Fayard's labor of love in Coombsville started in 2009 and now features a stunning wine cave where they craft exceptional rosé using traditional Methode Provençale techniques, plus Sauvignon Blanc and proprietary red blends. They've also got a wine lounge in downtown Napa if you want to taste their stuff without the drive.
