About

Duemani is a biodynamic and organic winery located in the Tuscan hills between Castellina Marittima and Riparbella, near the Tyrrhenian coast. Founded by enologist Luca D'Attoma, the 47-hectare estate cultivates Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Merlot, and Grenache, with all vineyard work done by hand following lunar calendars and biodynamic principles. The winery practices natural fermentation and minimal intervention in both vineyard and cellar, respecting the connection between cosmic energy and the land.
