The cantina is excavated entirely in rock to a depth of 20 meters across five levels, spanning roughly 1,200 square meters. Construction took nearly eight years under architect Paolo Meng's design. The tasting room sits at the highest level, overlooking vineyards and the sea. The portfolio includes Vitovska, Malvasia, and Sauvignon among whites, and Teran, Terrano, Merlot, and Refosco among reds. Teran-Terrano is released two years after harvest and Zi-Da Ter is refermented in bottle. Vitovska Collection appears only in the finest vintages. The 379 series, released at the cantina's inauguration in 2009, comprises 379 numbered bottles of Rosso Terrano Riserva and 379 magnum bottles of Vitovska Riserva. Martina is a passito in 0.375 liter bottles.
