Artemisia Farm and Vineyard sits in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, where the work moves beyond wine into botanical territory. The program centers on sustainable fermentables and plants native to the mid-Atlantic, crafted into vermouth, vino amaro, aperitivo, and bitters. The vineyard works with local grape breeder Cliff Ambers on experimental hybrid viticulture. The portfolio includes Aura Dry Vermouth, Solstice Vermouth, Chamomile, and Mentha, alongside house-made bitters using regional botanicals. A home-delivery CSA runs April through December across northern Virginia and DC. Produce also moves through Saturday farmer's market sales.
