Antica Casa Vinicola Scarpa

Founded in 1900, Antica Casa Vinicola Scarpa cultivates 30 hectares across Piemonte. Twenty-five hectares form a single body at Poderi Bricchi between Castel Rocchero and Acqui Terme. Five more lie in the crus of Barolo and Barbaresco, Roncaglie at La Morra, Monvigliero at Verduno, and Canova at Neive. The house produces wines through separate, slow, and expressive vinifications that develop natural longevity. Recently restructured cellars hold the Caveau di Scarpa, an archive of historic vintages from the mid-20th century onward. Guided tours, customizable tastings, and access to the archive are offered in the Wine Lounge & Scarpa Gallery. Scarpa Villas in Verduno, set among the Monvigliero vineyard, anchor a program of tastings, cooking classes, truffle hunting, outdoor picnics, biking, and personal chef services.
