About Ansen Domaine
Ansen Domaine farms 9 hectares across 40 small parcels in Westhoffen, Alsace, working marl soils. Eighty percent of the vineyard sits on slopes, twenty on terraces. Seven named sites yield ten grape varieties, each hand-picked and sorted at harvest. No purchased grapes or wine enter the cellar. Organic agriculture from the start, the domaine has certified sulfite-free cuvées under USDA Organic since 2017. Manual harvest, meticulous sorting, Stelvin closures on still wines.
