Anne-Sophie Dubois established her domaine in 2007 in Fleurie, planting 18 parcels across Les Labourons at 400 meters elevation on pink granite and sand. Slopes exceed 30 percent. High-density planting, between 8,000 and 10,000 vines per hectare, constrains Gamay's natural yields to around 35 hectoliters per hectare. Organic certification arrived in 2018. The cellar work began shifting in 2015, when whole bunch fermentation returned to the program. Indigenous yeasts drive fermentation. Minimal sulfur at bottling, no chaptalisation. In 2013, a conversation with Jacques Néauport influenced her winemaking approach.
