This Mendoza producer works with their own 280-acre vineyard in La Consulta at 3,500 feet elevation, where 12 different varieties grow in rocky, sandy limestone soil that adds gorgeous texture to the wines. They lease winery space but control everything else, from their own concrete tanks and French and American oak barrels to their dedicated winemaking team led by consultant Karim Mussi.
