Nestled in Agrelo at 960 meters where frost is a constant threat, Anaia crafts wines that punch above their weight thanks to dramatic temperature swings and meticulous low-yield farming. Their winemaker Gonzalo Serrano uses innovative concrete vessels called Mates to ferment and age without stress, letting the terroir do the talking.
