Altaness is a boutique winery in far south Tasmania founded by Duncan Ferguson and Susana Fernandez, who bring 18 years of winemaking experience from Cascabel in McLaren Vale. The winery is committed to hands-on winemaking practices including hand-picking grapes, natural yeast fermentation, and unfiltered bottling to express the terroir.
