About
Alli Lanphear Vineyard, founded in 2007 on Vashon Island, grows and vinifies everything on its own land. The homestead integrates vineyard, winery, and small organic farm into one working landscape. Natural winemaking shapes the program from soil to bottle. Pinot Noir arrives as a field blend of seven distinct cultivars, fermented with native yeast and extended maceration. The 2024 Blanc de Noir uses Méthode Champenoise. Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Siegerrebe round the portfolio, the latter skin-fermented to a dry golden wine. The 2017 Sparkling Pinot Noir-Chardonnay, a 40 to 60 blend, spent minimum three years in bottle. The 2016 Sparkling Chardonnay underwent thirty days on skins, then four years of secondary fermentation and aging. No tasting room.
