Twelve hectares in Avize, on the Côte des Blancs. Agrapart & Fils grows all its own fruit, no purchased grapes. The cellar works the vineyard by plough and compost, hand-riddled bottles, no fining or filtration. 7 Crus blends two vintages across seven villages, mostly Chardonnay. Complantée co-plants six varieties in a single parcel. Minéral and Vénus are single-vintage Grand Crus from chalk-thin soils, the latter worked only by hand and horse. Expérience draws from old vines, made without any added inputs.
