Founded in 2015 in Dover, Pennsylvania, 9Vines began with nine Concord vines planted in remembrance of family heritage. The program now cellars over 30 varieties, anchored by a strong focus on dry Reds. Nineteen red wines span the spectrum from Dry to Sweet, priced $16 to $30, alongside expanding selections of Whites and Rosés. All wines leave the cellar unfiltered. The Reds remain unfined as well. The house cultivates a small, diverse vineyard and partners with local growers to supplement harvest. Sixty acres of fields in the valley of the Conewago Ridge provide the outdoor venue. Weather-dependent monthly weekend events run April through October. A guided tasting of five wines costs $5.
