About Weingut Sohlbach
Weingut Sohlbach in Kiedrich has been in operation for four generations and tends approximately 10 hectares of vineyard. Fabian works as winemaker and vineyard technician, directing the program toward PIWI varieties, fungus-resistant grapes that form the portfolio. The cellar is the oldest historic wine cellar in Kiedrich. The winery offers tastings and operates a Straußwirtschaft open Wednesday through Saturday from 5 PM, alongside a seasonal wine tasting stand. The range comprises three categories: Basiswein, Meisterwein, and Premiumwein.
