Matthias Crass leads Weingut CRASS in Eltville am Rhein-Erbach, where Riesling is the focus. The portfolio spans feinherb and trocken expressions, including Erbacher Steinmorgen, three RHG GROSSES GEWÄCHS bottlings from Erbacher Siegelsberg, Geisenheimer Am Hohen Resch, and Geisenheimer Morschberg, plus a Rheingau Riesling feinherb. The winery offers a Vinothek for tastings and a Gutsrestaurant for dining. Recent recognition includes selection as a Riesling Champion in 2025 and inclusion in Weinguide 2026 by Vinum.
