Ebringen, 1758. Ralph and Petra Mißbach tend vineyards now in their seventh generation, working organically since 1994 and certified Demeter in 2020. Hand harvest only. Spontaneous fermentation is used in the program, which centers on Gutedel alongside Weißburgunder, Grauburgunder, Chardonnay, Spätburgunder, Riesling, and fungus-resistant varieties. The cellar releases Cuvée Rouge, Cuvée Blanc, Riesling brut nature, Crémant Brut, and two iterations of Winzerglühwein. The tasting room welcomes visitors.
