Badischer Weinbauverband e.V.

Badischer Weinbauverband represents the collective voice of Baden's wine community from Freiburg im Breisgau-Süd. The region spans approximately 400 kilometers across nine distinct wine districts, Tauberfranken through Bodensee, covering 15,494 hectares of vineyard. Baden is Germany's third-largest wine region and the only German zone classified in European wine zone B. The Verband's 453 members as of 2022 comprise 354 individual wine estates and self-marketing operations alongside 73 wine cooperatives representing over 14,000 individual growers.
