About
Weingut & Landwirtschaft Henke began in 1990 in Sörnewitz, a wine village on the Saxon Wine Route. A cellar expansion in September 2003 anchored the program. The portfolio centers on Traminer, Kerner, and Weißer Burgunder, including the 2025 Traminer Spätlese restsüß, 2025 Kerner Spätlese restsüß, 2025 Weißer Burgunder trocken, and a Secco-light alkoholfrei. The Vinothek occupies a historic building over one hundred years old, open Sundays from 1 to 5 PM. Apprenticeships in winemaking begin August 1, 2026.
