About Weingut Rosenhof
Weingut Rosenhof takes its name from the Maringer Rosenberg, the adjacent vineyard that faces southwest as part of the Sonnenuhr site. Blue-gray Devonian slate, typical of the Middle Mosel, anchors the vines. Seven generations have built this family program over roughly 200 years. The cellar work is minimal. The vineyard runs without herbicides. The portfolio spans white wines including Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Grauburgunder, and Weißburgunder, and reds including Blaue Spätburgunder, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot, and Blaue Portugieser. All bottles are vegan, made without animal products like gelatin.
