Eva-Maria Loersch, who holds a degree in viticulture and oenology and served as Lieser's wine queen from 2018 to 2021, works alongside him. The program centers on Riesling, including RIE-Secco-LING, a sparkling wine made from 100% Riesling. The house also produces vegan wines.
