About Weingut Fuchs
Weingut Fuchs traces its winemaking back to 1626 in Flörsheim-Dalsheim, in the Pfalz region. Hans-Jakob Fuchs and Sebastian Bayer lead the program across vineyards in Rheinhessen and the Zellertal. The portfolio spans Riesling, Grauburgunder, Bacchus, Dornfelder, Portugieser, Merlot, Spätburgunder, and Regent, moving freely between dry and edelsüß expressions. Grauburgunder feinherb, Dornfelder Rosé, Spätburgunder Rosé trocken, and Merlot anchor the range, alongside Versecco, Sekt, Weinbrand, and Likör. The house also produces histamine-tested wines with documented analysis. Recent recognition includes 3 gold and 9 silver medals at AWC Vienna 2025.
