About

The Mindnich family has operated a winery in Wallhausen, in the Nahe, for generations. Seven hectares of vineyards sit at 50 degrees north latitude, where Riesling comprises over half the plantings. The portfolio spans Riesling, Spätburgunder, Grauer Burgunder, Weißer Burgunder, Sauvignon Blanc, and Scheurebe. Klaus, Judith, Lukas, and Lara Mindnich lead the winemaking. The winery holds Fair and Green certification. Tastings and vineyard walks are available by arrangement.
