Weingut Winzerbar works exclusively from Naumburger Steinmeister, a single premium vineyard site in Naumburg (Saale), Saale-Unstrut. The house releases three tiers. Weinbar forms the base. Winzerbar represents the vineyard expression, glyphosate-free and vegan. Kostbar crowns the range, grown on steep slopes with muschelkalk soil. The portfolio spans Silvaner, Gutedel, Riesling, Weißburgunder, Dornfelder, and Portugieser. A Straußwirtschaft opens Saturdays from 11 to 19, Easter through October.
