The portfolio centers on Riesling and Burgundy varieties, expressed as VDP Sekt and VDP Wein. Mark is known as DER RIESLING-MEISTER and pioneer of vineyard-designated sparkling wine. The Vinothek opens Wednesday to Friday 14-18 hours, Saturday 11-16 hours. Four-star ratings across Eichelmann, Gault Millau, and Feinschmecker 2025.
