About Weingut Michael Andres

Michael Andres founded his winery in Ruppertsberg in 1993 and has worked with his daughter Elena in the program. Seven hectares of vineyard, including a parcel on Buntsandstein soil in the Reiterpfad site, are farmed biodynamically and certified organic since 2006. Hand-harvested grapes ferment with wild yeasts. The house produces unfiltered wines in its -N- line and has made sparkling wine for over three decades.
