About KORE - Wein & mehr
Laura and Fabian established KORE in Deidesheim in 2015, working vineyards across Deidesheim and Ruppertsberg in the Pfalz. The program centers on Riesling, drawn from three distinct vineyard sites, Mäushöhle, Herrgottsacker, and Reiterpfad. The cellar also produces Sekt brut nature and Rosé. Organic viticulture is practiced, with Naturland membership and certification in progress. Selected wines close with natural cork. A crowd farming initiative invites customers to adopt Riesling vines and receive six bottles at harvest. Wines ship in a returnable wooden crate system, replacing cardboard.
