Stefan Meyer shapes the program in Rhodt, a village in the Pfalz where the cellar turns out Riesling, Kerner, Spätburgunder, Gewürztraminer, and Frühburgunder across still wines, sparkling, and everything between. The portfolio spans Crémant Rosé brut BIO, Riesling Sekt trocken, Kerner feinherb, Perlend Rosé BIO, Trauben Secco weiß BIO, Blanc de Blancs brut BIO, and Spätburgunder feinherb BIO, alongside the PHAENOMEN 2 Gewürztraminer and PHAENOMEN 3 Frühburgunder. The tasting room opens Monday through Friday from 1 to 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM. Two guest apartments are available for wine and nature lovers.
