About Weingut Schenk

Weingut Schenk works across four distinct programs in Franken. The Naturwein program uses hand-selected grapes shaped individually with scissors through summer, harvested as late as possible, then fermented spontaneously in wood without filtration or intervention. Klassiker wines draw from excellent vineyard sites. Gutsweine function as individualists, each wine representing a realized idea. Literweine arrive in liter bottles and are served in regional gastronomy. The tasting room and vineyard tours offer direct access to the work.
