Graf von Weyher sits in Weyher in der Pfalz, where Otmar, Peter, and Jürgen lead the winery. Among the first three wineries worldwide to cultivate Cabernet Blanc, the house has earned the 'pioneers of wine' award five times running for this varietal alone. The portfolio spans Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Grauburgunder, Weißburgunder, Chardonnay, Scheurebe, Portugieser, Silvaner, and Muskateller. The tasting room opens Thursday and Friday from 15.00 to 21.00, Saturday and Sunday from 12.00 to 21.00. The kitchen serves until 20.00, with outdoor seating available. Orders of 15 bottles or more ship free nationwide.
