Johann Baumberger planted the first vines in Mandel in 1855, anchoring what would become a family operation across 15 hectares and over 50,000 vine stocks. The work here is organic. Grapes are hand-harvested. The cellar produces wines without additives, unfiltered and without added sulfur, including GLOW GLOW. Open Winery Tastings welcome visitors.
