The cellar ages Réserve wines and Cuvée S for months in small oak barrels. Sekt emerges through classical bottle fermentation. The Vinothek opens Monday through Friday from 9 to 18 Uhr, Saturday 9 to 16 Uhr. A terrace overlooks Nierstein and the Rhine, where Flammkuchen and Spundekäse are offered. The portfolio spans Literweine, Gutsweine, Ortsweine, Lagenweine, Trilogie, Secco, and Alkoholfrei. Barrier-free access throughout. The house welcomes tastings, groups, and celebrations.
