Hand-picked grapes, crushed by foot. The portfolio spans Riesling, Silvaner, Pinot, and Portugieser, moving from A Collection of Yellows (five Kabinetts from steep red slate) to Flor 3000, which ages up to eight years under mystic flor yeast, to AURA, a non-alcoholic Riesling Kombucha from biodynamic vineyards at the river.
