About
2Leser has worked the same vineyard, Riede Hochbaum, since 1864. Seven hectares across Mittelburgenland, with soils ranging from clay through shell limestone to gravel. The program splits between red and white, sixty and forty percent respectively. Blaufrankisch and Zweigelt anchor the reds. Grüner Veltliner, Chardonnay, and Traminer shape the whites. There is also Gemischter Satz, drawn from a vineyard planted with diverse regional varieties.
