Weingut Georg Mosbacher works across sixteen named vineyards in Forst an der Weinstraße, certified organic and holding VDP membership. The program includes fungus-resistant varieties like Cabernet Blanc alongside traditional grapes. FairChoice sustainability certification anchors the practice. A new hall was completed in 2021/22.
