Napa will take your dog at plenty of places, but you will be checking each one. In Sonoma the answer is usually yes, and the yes comes with a lawn.
The concentration is real. Glen Ellen and Kenwood between them hold most of this list, which means you can do a whole day on one road without asking the question twice.

Cheapest first
Chris Hamilton Cellars in Kenwood opens at nine dollars, which is the lowest tasting fee on this list by a distance. Imagery in Glen Ellen is fifteen and rotates original artwork with every release. Mayo Family is also fifteen.
Kunde Family Estate, Benziger, and Abbot's Passage all start at twenty five. Benziger has been farming sustainably for more than thirty years and their vineyard tour is the one people come back for.

The ones worth the drive
Gundlach Bundschu is a hundred and sixty five years old and sits where three regions meet, from thirty dollars. Sebastiani is a hundred and twenty years old and keeps a barrel room full of antique redwood tanks that is worth the visit on its own.
Chateau St. Jean has been going since 1973 and starts at fifty. Schermeister is ten minutes off downtown Sonoma in Glen Ellen and pours for forty five.

Smaller rooms
Muscardini works Italian varietals and Super Tuscan blends in Kenwood. Wellington hand-crafts limited batches from their own fruit, whites through dessert wines. Flambeaux is three generations of the Murray family. Belden Barns runs a tasting where you dig in the soil, which children and dogs both handle better than adults expect.
