About Yarran Wines
Yarran, an Aboriginal word for Acacia Tree, sits on the outskirts of Yenda in New South Wales. The Brewer family purchased the property in 1978 in partnership with the Maier family, establishing the winery itself in 1998 with a first release of Shiraz. Sam Brewer leads the winemaking program. The vineyards are organically certified. At the cellar door, staff guide tastings and pair wines with seasonal local produce. Online bookings are strongly recommended.
