Eight acres in the Nillumbik hills, on the western fringe of the Yarra Valley. Clay loam laced with gravel, sitting around 200 metres above sea level. Adam McKissack, who studied viticulture at Charles Sturt University, makes Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Cabernet alongside Jacky, his wife. The cellar door lives inside a rammed-earth winery. The wine club is free, with no fees or mandatory purchases, and members receive a 10% discount off RRP.
