This Central Otago producer started small in 1993 and has grown to manage 15 hectares across Gibbston Valley and the Alexandra Basin, with a serious focus on Pinot Noir and a little Riesling on the side. Their estate-grown single vineyard wines (First Paddock and Last Chance) are the main event, while Picnic is their lighter, more playful regional blend. They're certified sustainable under SWNZ, which means they're actually walking the walk.
