About Tenuta di Capezzana
Tenuta di Capezzana sits in the Carmignano hills, a property owned by the Contini Bonacossi family since the 1920s, when Count Alessandro and his wife Vittoria acquired the land. Three neighboring farms, Trefiano, Cerretino, and Poggetto, expanded the estate over time. The work spans wine and olive oil, both made with organic cultivation methods since the 2000s and indigenous yeasts in the cellar. Wine tours, guided tastings, and Jeep rides through the vineyards open the program to visitors. La Vinsantaia di Capezzana, the enoteca with kitchen, draws on fresh, high-quality Tuscan ingredients from local producers. The estate also hosts weddings, private events, and Tuscan cooking classes.
