The work centers on Chianti Classico, from the standard DOCG through Riserva to Gran Selezione Vigna le cataste, alongside Vinsanto del Chianti Classico. The vineyard operates with organic and biodynamic farming practices. The program welcomes visitors for cellar tours and tastings paired with Tuscan staples including extra virgin olive oil, bread, cured meats, cheeses, honey, and cantucci with Vinsanto.
