Pavilion Crossing, family owned and operated, sources wines from California's North Coast, drawing from Napa Valley and Sonoma. The program includes a 2010 Lodi Chardonnay, 100% Chardonnay aged in French Oak at 13.1% alcohol, released May 2011. The 2009 Sonoma County Merlot, aged in French Oak, carries 14.3% alcohol and arrived in October 2010. A 2010 Lodi Cabernet Sauvignon, aged in French Oak at 13.1% alcohol, also released May 2011. Dogs are welcome.
