The Riserva deepens the blend to 14° alcohol, aged minimum 24 months including three in bottle. The Gran Selezione reaches 15° alcohol with 30 months total aging, six in bottle. LUI di LUIANO, created in 2002, is a Super Tuscan of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Colorino Toscano, aged 24 months in French oak. RossoAssai is 100% Sangiovese at 13° alcohol with no aging. The wine shop and bar open daily from 11 to 17 without reservation. Two houses accommodate visitors, the Old Farmer House sleeping six, the Vintage House two.
